Refunds & Cancellations

At WeCare Mobile DNA, we strive to provide exceptional service and clarity in all our transactions. Please review our refund and cancellation policy carefully to understand your rights and our obligations.

Refunds and Cancellations:

Discretionary Refunds:

Refunds are issued at the discretion of WeCare Mobile DNA and may include administrative and handling fees. Please note that all partial payments and deposits made towards services are non-refundable.

Full Payment Cancellations:

If you cancel your appointment within 48 hours of the appointment, you will only be eligible for a 50% refund minus any cancellation and administrative fees.

Post-Service or Shipped Kits:

No refunds will be issued once services are completed or if your DNA kit or supplies have been shipped. Please ensure your commitment to the testing before placing your order.

Sample Recollection:

In the event that WeCare Mobile DNA requires a sample recollection and the participant is unable or unwilling to comply, no refund will be issued. The test can only be rescheduled at a mutually convenient time.

Service Completion Time:

Estimated Timelines:

WeCare Mobile DNA provides estimated completion times at the time of testing. While we strive to deliver results promptly and often ahead of schedule, please be aware that some results may exceed these estimated timelines due to unforeseen circumstances. Once testing has begun, no refunds will be issued.
